The new moon in Taurus brings with it a sense of calm and stability, encouraging us to slow down, appreciate the beauty around us, and ground ourselves in the present moment. This is a time to connect with the earth, honor our bodies, and nurture ourselves in a way that feels deeply nourishing.

Take some time to reflect on: How can I create more balance and harmony in my life right now? What practices or rituals can I incorporate to support my well-being?

Taurus is also associated with abundance. It teaches us that abundance comes from self-worth, and when we trust our inner strength, we can create abundance in all forms.

🌿 Where do you escape to find inspiration and let your dreams run wild?

For me, it’s this granite rock perched on top of a mountain. This spot has sparked countless ideas and helped me manifest miracles. BTW, I can’t wait to share something special for soulful entrepreneurs this week that came to me while meditating on this rock. Stay tuned!

Wow, what a whirlwind of emotions and experiences this last week has been for me! 😮‍💨 I’m still processing all the magic and transformation that happened last weekend at my Spring Retreat in Idyllwild, CA. People’s lives where changed. Dreams were envisioned and released to the Universe, trusting that it will manifest when the time is right. ✨

And then, right after the retreat, I had to pack up and move to a new temporary home. The process stirred up so many emotions for me that I found myself crying daily for the first part of the week. But here I am now, sitting at the top of this mountain (literally), surrounded by the beauty of nature and reflecting on my journey. Despite the challenges, I’m proud of how far I’ve come and the resilience I’ve shown.

As we move into May, which is Mental Health Awareness month, I’m already gearing up for a month full of exciting events. From corporate wellness sessions to a recent radio interview in Spanish with @pilimontilla I’m feeling inspired to continue dreaming bigger and taking action in my life.
