There's so much stress, anxiety and fear in our world right now.

Join us to breathe, calm you mind and body and gather in community from the comfort of your home.

Social distancing has created a rise in anxiety, fear and worry. My intention with our Online Community Gathering is to create a safe place where you can share how you feel and also to remind you that you are NOT ALONE. Many of us are feeling the same emotions. 

 

As we adjust and adapt, it's important to not only take care of your physical health, but also your mental health. We will start our gathering with a group check-in, and then do breathwork - an active form of meditation to help you release the stress you are feeling.

 

If you're unable to attend live, you will be emailed the class recording for you to practice at a later time.

 

All you need is a comfortable, private place to lay down, breathe and relax. Breathe with your family, your roommates, your pets.
