Things feel exciting as our life is “returning to normal.” It’s the first day of summer this Sunday. People are planning their first vacations in a long time but things can’t go back to normal. So much has changed over the last 15 months. So much has been lost. Many people in my life are currently struggling with life. If you too are struggling, are feeling overwhelmed or depressed, you are not alone. It’s okay to feel anxious, not know how to act now that things are “open”, and to feel scared. It’s also important to ask for help and share with someone you feel safe with that you’re hurting. There are many resources available to you. I am also here for you if you want to talk.
