Self-Care Sunday Inspiration 🌼

We've all been there. The days where we feel completely and utterly drained and like we can't go on anymore.


Sundays are my favorite day to practice self-care.


Here are some things I do for self-care in case you need a bit of inspiration 🌼

  • Stay hydrated! I drink almost a gallon of water a day. Drinking enough water helps us sleep better, improves mood, fight infections, and can improve cognition. Start your mornings with a glass of water, you can squeeze a lemon into it for added flavor.

  • Take some time to read

  • Do something nice for someone else

  • Spend a little time outside doing things you enjoy

  • Send a kind message to a loved one to let them know you’re thinking of them

  • And of course, practice breathwork to clear your busy mind and release stress
