Curious to learn how breathing can help you manage stress. Join Ana Lilia and Doris Muñoz to learn how breathwork has helped them with their mental health. And later in the gathering, Ana Lilia will guide you through this unique combination of Pranayama breath, so that you can uncover areas in your physical, emotional, and spiritual body where you may be blocked or carrying heavy energy.
