Threshold is a 6-week private coaching intensive for high-achieving women who are done standing at the edge of their own next chapter.

 

We work at the level where the pattern actually lives — not just your thoughts, but your nervous system, your grief, your body's deeply held beliefs about what's safe and what isn't.

Threshold works differently. We work with the body, not just the mind — so the shift happens at the level where the pattern was formed.

What we do together

Weeks 1–2: Find the Root

We start beneath the story. Using somatic inquiry, breathwork, and intuitive guidance, we locate where your patterns live — not just what you believe, but where you hold it in your body. This is the work most programs skip entirely.

 

Week 3: Regulate and Rewire

You'll learn nervous system tools that create genuine safety — so that leadership, visibility, and expansion stop triggering a fear response. When your system feels safe, your choices change.

 

Weeks 4–5: Build New Evidence

Lasting change requires repetition. We build practices and accountability structures that give your brain and body real proof of who you're becoming. Not willpower — evidence.

 

Week 6: Capacity 

This is where it all lands. Not just clarity about where you're going — but the internal space to actually hold it. The success you've already built. The role you're stepping into. The life you've been working toward. You'll leave feeling genuinely resourced enough to receive what you've been asking for — without shrinking, self-sabotaging, or bracing against your own growth.

Meet Jennifer:

 

When Jennifer came to me, she was running her career from a place of constant bracing. High-achieving on the outside, exhausted underneath. She reacted quickly, doubted herself quietly, and had been in low-grade survival mode for longer than she realized.

  • Six private 1:1 sessions: 75 - 90 minutes each, via Zoom

  • Between-session support via text — so you're held between sessions, not just during them

Two ways to pace it

 

Weekly — one session per week for six weeks. Best for momentum and sustained focus.

 

Every other week — same program, more integration time between sessions. Best if you need breathing room.

I'm Ana Lilia — life coach,  intuitive healer, and nervous system-informed guide based in Los Angeles.

 

For the last 10 years, I've worked with high-achieving women who are done being stuck just short of the life they've been building toward.

 

My approach combines somatic awareness, breathwork, intuitive coaching, and practical mindset work — because real change requires all of it.
