About the Event
Give yourself the gift of wellness and self-love at Alegria Day Fest & Retreat. The Alegria Day Fest returns to awaken you to the treasures living inside our hearts through the power of womanhood.
Dance to live music and poetry. Learn about wellness tools, which you can integrate into your daily routine for optimal health. This year, we will be sponsoring 10 women who are currently struggling with mental health issues and domestic violence to come free to our retreat!
