ARROYO SECO FALL MINI RETREAT A Morning of Cacao, Crafting, Breathwork & Soundbath
Join us for a peaceful morning in Arroyo Seco to slow down, breathe, and welcome the change of seasons.
As autumn settles in, this four-hour mini retreat is a space to pause the everyday busy, turn inward, and give yourself a well-deserved reset.
We’ll start in circle with a warm cup of cacao, a simple, heart-opening ritual to help us ground our energy, set a few personal intentions for the season, and settle in together.
From there, Jazmin will guide us in a hands-on activity using dried herbs and native seeds harvested from Rancho Colibri. You’ll get to pick what feels right for you: mixing your own custom autumn herbal tea blend to take home, or creating a small seed and gratitude pouch to plant in the spring.
