Join us for the first in-person breathwork session in over a year! We will be breathing at the beach, while listening to my guidance using bluetooth headphones. Experience the healing elements of the ocean and your breath in this powerful gathering.

About the Event
It's been over a year since my last in person breathwork session. I can't wait to see you in person and have you experince the powerful healing combination of being out in nature and breathwork.
We will be using bluetooth headphones in order to create an intimate experince while Ana takes you on a journey to connect with your breath. This also allows us to be socially distanced to have a safe gathering.
Temperature can vary at the beach, dress in layers. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, blanket, or something to lay on.
