About the Event
Join us for an afternoon to connect with the power of your breath at the beach.
We will be using bluetooth headphones in order to create an intimate experience while Ana takes you on a journey to connect with your breath, and listen to an intuitively curated playlist. This also allows us to be socially distanced to have a safe gathering.
*Temperature can vary at the beach, dress in layers. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, blanket, or something to lay on.
