Breathwork is a powerful active form of meditation that can help release stress, stuck energy and emotions. We will be practicing a two stage pranayama technique. While you are consciously breathing to an intuitively curated playlist, Ana Lilia will use aromatherapy and use Reiki to further help you feel lighter, inspired and relaxed.
