Breathwork for Breakthrough: Embodied Self-Love & Self-Trust is a 90-minute workshop designed to help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. Through breathwork, reflection, and integration, we’ll soften self-criticism, rebuild self-trust, and cultivate a felt sense of worthiness and compassion.


What to Expect:

  • Reflective Journaling to explore where you’ve been hard on yourself and what self-love actually looks like for you right now

  • Somatic Breathwork to soothe the nervous system, release stored emotional tension, and reconnect with a sense of inner safety and self-compassion

  • Integration + Self-Connection Practices so you leave feeling grounded, supported, and more trusting of yourself and your needs
