About the Event
We have gone through so much over the last year. And even though things are "going back to normal," life still happens. We still feel overwhelmed, anxious, lonely, and scared sometimes. Community Gathering is a safe place where you can show up and process however you are feeling. You will be reminded that you that you are NOT ALONE. Many of us are feeling the same emotions.
We will start our gathering with a group check in. And then you will be guided in a breathwork meditation, to help you release and process any emotions you are feeling. All you need a comfortable and private place to lay down, breathe and relax.
If you're unable to attend live, you will be emailed the recording of the class for you to practice at a later time.
