About the Event
The current state of our world has created a rise in anxiety, fear and worry. My intention with our Community Gathering is to create a safe place where you can share how you feel and also to remind you that you are NOT ALONE. Many of us are feeling the same emotions.
During this stressful time, it's important to not only take care of your physical health, but also your mental health. We will start our gathering with a group check in. And then do breathwork, an active form of meditation to help you release the stress you are feeling.
If you're unable to attend live, you will be emailed the recording of the class for you to practice at a later time.
All you need a comfortable and private place to lay down, breathe and relax.
