Fall Retreat

Fall is a beatiful time of the year that encourages us to slow down and reflect on our life:

- What is flowing with ease?

- What feels like a struggle and is weighing you down?

- Is there something that you're ready to release, but have some fear about letting go?

In this powerful time of self reflection, we invite you to join us for an afternoon of going inward.

During this retreat, you will learn from Jazmin from Rancho Colibri about the healing powers of smoke cleansing. She will be teaching you the qualities of different herbs and how they can support your well-being. You will also learn how to make a smudging bundle. Each guest will make their own to smoke cleanse your home. 

We will have a fire ceremony, where you will let go of anything that's been weighing you down. 

We will transition into a Reiki infused Breathwork session led by Ana. 

And end our gathering with a Shamanic Sound healing led by Rita Oliveira Turner. 

*We will be gathering outdoors in a beautiful urban garden.
