Online Breathwork Class

Breathwork is a powerful tool to release stress, physical pain from your body, heal and transform. You no longer have to live in LA to work with me. I have been working with people virtually for 9 months and it's just as powerful. This hour long class will help you release stress from work, body tension, and help you get a great night sleep. 

We will be using Zoom for this class, which is a free program. 

If you can't attend live, a recording will be sent to you after the class.
