Spring Awakening: Equinox Celebration

Spring is a time that fosters new beginnings, a renewed sense of energy, and a fresh start to life. It’s a time when there is a balance between light and darkness. And it is the time to come out of hibernation and cleanse old energies from our spaces.

Join us Sunday, March 26 to celebrate the Spring Equinox. We will begin the celebration with a guided meditation to set intentions for the Spring. We will reflect and journal on what you want to activate for the Spring.

We will then cleanse our space and open up our energy centers by using the power of our breath. Breathwork is an active form of meditation that moves energy in our body and mind. It can foster clarity and healing. It’s a way to release stuck emotions and anything else that’s holding you back. You will be taken on a journey with an intuitively curated playlist and energy healings done by Ana.

After that, Edith will guide you to activate your sacral chakra using the power of herbs and crystals. We will create a crystal grid around your womb to amplify the energy of your desires and give birth to them as we enter this new season. Grids and sacred geometry are a powerful tools to manifest and shift our energy.

We will end our celebration with a soundbath to help balance our yin/yang energies. You will embark on a deep meditative journey as you’re immersed in a variety of sounds from quartz crystal singing bowls, bells, chimes, and rattles.

We will close our gathering feeling balanced, refreshed, clear, and empowered!
