About the Event

The Stay Whole Virtual Retreat is designed to promote a sense of calm and wholeness as we go inside for the safety of ourselves and others during this unique time. So while we #stayhome, we'll help you to #staywhole.

We will be connecting with others from afar via Zoom and connecting to deep practices including Yin Yoga, Breathworks, and a Soundbath which are known to help blood flow, immunity, clearheadedness, and complete relaxation.

Please download Zoom prior to the event. Meeting invite link will be sent to you via email an hour before the event!

This event is free and accepting donations. Schedule

  • 15-minute break and optional community chat
  • 7-7:45PM PT: Breathworks with Ana
  • 15-minute break and optional community chat
  • 8-9PM PT: Restorative Soundbath with Avi
The Sessions
  • Yin Experience: Embracing this time to honor what the world is asking us to do right now – slow down and stay in – yin yoga is the quintessential practice for stillness and serenity. We will begin with light movement, then sit or lay in each yin posture for several minutes for deep and long-held stretching and releasing as we listen to our breath and embody the beauty of quietude. This practice allows for our vital life energy to flow freely, harmonizing the inner landscape to maintain our balance and wholeness.
  • Breathworks: Social distancing has created a rise in anxiety, fear, and worry. We'll breathe together to remind yourself that you're not alone. Release stress, anxiety and anything else that's weighing down on you.
  • Restorative Soundbath: The pure tones produced by the crystal sound bowls get chemically translated in the body as a natural endogenous opioid, helping to induce relaxation and eventually a deep sleep - especially after a night of yin and deep breathing. Think of this phase like a massage for your cells.
