About the Event
The Summer Solstice marks the beginning of summer: a season full of light, play, and joy. We will reflect on the halfway mark of 2023 and express gratitude for our recent journey. We will then release doubts, fears, and burdens using breathwork. And with the help of energy healings done by Ana, you will end our ceremony feeling freer and more open as we start this new season.
We will be using Bluetooth headphones in order to create an intimate experience as Ana takes you on a journey to connect with your breath, while listening to an intuitively curated playlist. This also allows us to be socially distanced to have a safe gathering.
*Temperature can vary at the beach, dress in layers. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, blanket, or something to lay on.
