About the Event

On average you take 20,000 breaths a day, but not all breaths are equal. Your breathing patterns are reflected in how you're feeling. Most of the time if you're stressed out or anxious, you take short shallow breaths. Or a lot of times you also hold your breath. Creating tension in your upper body. When you're happy, relaxed, feel calm, you tend to take deeper breaths. Breathwork is a quick way to change the way you feel, by changing the way you breathe. It's an active form of meditation, which is great for beginners to meditation or if you're someone who thinks you're not good at meditating.
