Hi, I’m Ana Lilia, Life Coach, Breathwork Coach, and Intuitive Healer based in Los Angeles. For the last seven years, I have helped my clients manifest their biggest dreams by reprogramming limiting beliefs and aligning them with their goals. I also love mentoring people. When I started my healing business seven years ago, people didn’t know what breathwork was. The wellness industry was still in its infancy. Despite the lack of awareness from the general public, I have created a thriving and sustainable healing business that helped thousands of people and have generated over $750,000 in business.
