Hi, I’m Ana. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had "high-functioning" anxiety. The constant stress and anxiety led me to eventually develop nervous tics, digestive problems, and skin issues.
I lived in a state of constant hypervigilance and was constantly thinking about worst-case scenarios.
Then, I discovered breathwork.
The first time I practiced intentional breathing, I immediately felt more aligned and calm. My depression cloud lifted, and I felt empowered and ready to take charge of my life again.
I found power in something as simple as breathing, and I created Breathwork for Anxiety to help others do the same.

Our body knows how to breathe naturally, but a lot of times, we aren’t breathing properly. This can create an imbalance of oxygen and carbon dioxide which can contribute to anxiety, panic attacks, and fatigue.
Breathwork for Anxiety teaches you how to breathe better. It is a self-guided program that shows you how to shift your breathing so it activates the parasympathetic nervous system, slows your heart rate, and reduces feelings of anxiety.
Over the course of seven days, you will learn proven breathwork techniques you can do anytime to naturally decrease anxiety, release tension, ground your body and calm your mind.

Day 1: Ground Your Body
In this guided breathwork practice, you will be slowing down your breathing to connect with your body. Allowing your body to start to release tension, worry and become present.
Day 2: Relax Your Body
You will learn the Progressive Muscle Relaxation technique. Helping your body to relax, reduce tension and lower your heart rate.
Day 3: Clear Your Mind
Anxiety can make it a very busy place in your mind. In this practice, you will be guided to clear out all the noise in your mind. Get rid of the mental fog and put your mind at ease!
Day 4: Let Go of Worry
In this practice you’re going to let go of those worrying thoughts or anything that’s been stressing you out, ending the practice feeling like you’re in control of your life.
Day 5: Awareness and Triggers
Stressful or unfamiliar events and situations can trigger anxiety. Knowing your triggers and creating a pause as you’re experiencing this stressful situation, allows you to respond rather than react. It puts you in control of your emotions.
Day 6: Morning and Night
This practice includes two meditations, Rise and Shine and Bedtime Relaxation. Start your morning feeling energized and grounded. And at the end your day relax your body and clear you mind to get a good night sleep.
Day 7: Happy Place
In this practice, you’re going to be guided to go to your happy place to imagine being in that place where you feel safe, calm and supported. A place where you don't have to worry about anything and you're able to feel calm and relaxed.
