Full Moon Circle

The Full Moon is a powerful time to reflect on what you're ready to release. We will begin the ceremony by journaling and connecting with our inner knowingness to get clarity on what is weighing you down.

We will then go inward by using the power of your breath to physically and emotionally release that weight. Breathwork is an active form of meditation that can foster clarity, healing, and guidance. It’s a way to release stuck emotions and anything else that’s holding you back. You will be taken on a journey with an intuitively curated playlist and energy healings done by Ana. 

Our guest healer, Edith, will do a group reading to provide validation and insights on what you can expect in this upcoming month.

We will end our gathering by presenting an offering to the full moon.
