Mondays tend to be the least favorite day for people. Usually it’s because it marks the end of the weekend, the return to a job you don’t like, dealing with school, overbooked schedule, and the tiredness that can come after a fun weekend. Here are some tips to bring more ease as you start the week: 1) Make a to-do list or schedule for the week to feel prepared and organized. 2) Set achievable goals for the week and break down large tasks into smaller, manageable steps. 3) Practice gratitude and focus on the positive aspects of the day to start the week on a positive note. I start my days with my Five Minute Journal 4) Plan and prepare meals for the week to make weeknight dinners easier and less stressful. 5) Move your body by walking, doing yoga, or simply getting up from your desk and stretching to reduce stress. 6) Remember to breathe.
