Mondays tend to be the least favorite day for people. Usually it’s because it marks the end of the weekend, the return to a job you don’t like, dealing with school, overbooked schedule, and the tiredness that can come after a fun weekend. Here are some tips to bring more ease as you start the week: 1) Make a to-do list or schedule for the week to feel prepared and organized. 2) Set achievable goals for the week and break down large tasks into smaller, manageable steps. 3) Practice gratitude and focus on the positive aspects of the day to start the week on a positive note.
