Have you checked in with yourself lately? How are you feeling? What area of your life do you need support with? What would be nurturing for you right now? This is your invitation to ask for the support, be kind to yourself, and slow down. As we’re ending mental health awareness month, I'm hosting my breathwork class today Wednesday, May 24 to support you in moving energy. We will release whatever has been weighing you down.
