Lately life has been really stressful and my inner child has felt unsafe. As a way to ground and come back to our center we came to the mountains for the week. All week I’ve been giving my inner child permission to: - Rest - Play - Ask for help - Be imperfect - And have fun This has allowed me to shift my energy and feel back in my power.
