Breathwork is an active form of meditation that uses intentional, rhythmic breathing to shift your state of being. Unlike passive meditation where you observe your breath, this practice asks you to participate.


Conscious breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system (your “rest and digest” state), which helps reduce stress, release tension, and invite calm.
