Taylor manifested her goals in 10 weeks

When Taylor joined the Dream Bigger Mastermind in October 2022 (this is her second time in mastermind btw) her nervous system was in a frozen state. She had all these ideas and projects, but she just couldn't get herself to keep the momentum going. There was a lot of doubt and fear that was getting in the way. 5 Signs Your Energy Is Leaking

Last week I did something that I had been putting off for years. I officially quit acting! I had been doing this for the last 18 years since I moved to LA. It was my whole world…until it wasn’t.

About 5 years ago things started to change, the industry changed and I changed when I started my healing journey. It no longer felt aligned with my purpose nor how I wanted to spend my time and energy. But I kept auditioning, I still would book a project here and there, but every time I would get an audition I would get annoyed. I felt it was a waste of my time. There was a lot of negativity around it.

Yet my fear and scarcity mentality kept me in the industry. I have one of the best agents in Hollywood, I'm really good at it, and how can I turn down the opportunity to possibly get passive income with one commercial shoot.

So for the last 3 years, I've had one foot in and one foot out. I wasn’t 100% committed, yet I was spending way too many hours pretending I cared. Not turning down an audition because I felt guilty and so many people would die for the opportunities I was getting. I also didn't want to upset my agents nor the casting directors. Meanwhile inside I was hating it and telling my friends when I saw them at auditions I needed to quit.

This, my friend, is an energy leak!

While I was at my silent retreat, I made a commitment to myself that this year I would not spend any of my energy doing anything I wasn't 100% into it. That meant I had to officially quit acting.

So last week I emailed my agents to let them know I'm retiring from acting. My healing business has been thriving and I want to focus all my energy on continuing to grow it and be of service. I got the most supportive email from them, celebrating me and also thanking me for the years we worked together.

I was closing the chapter to unrealized dreams, saying goodbye to old friendships, and an old version of me.

But I also felt FREE! And I felt f*cking proud of myself for doing a hard and scary thing. It's so easy to continue showing up in the same way because we know what to expect. There's a false sense of security. We tell ourselves it's better to have something than nothing.

That is all a lie.

And it's not going to help me get to where I want to be. I'm committed to telling the universe loud and clear exactly what I want and I'm not wavering. This is one way I will be able to manifest even quicker.

So I invite you to reflect on your life and think about where your energy is leaking. What job, relationship, or situation are you staying in because it's what you know, it feels safe, it's paying the bills, and it's not so bad?

Let's take the leap together this year and only say YES to what lights us up and is taking us in the direction we want to go. Honor your boundaries, needs, and desires. You are worth it.
