Hold onto Gratitude

For the last month I have been starting and ending my days in gratitude. I have been writing in the @fiveminutejournal, which is a tool to increase your happiness by constantly practicing gratitude. Have you heard of it? It’s been incredible to see instant manifestations happen from practicing intentional gratitude.

This week I challenge you to remind yourself each day of one great thing in your life right now.

Hold onto that positive feeling and carry it with you through the day.
