There’s a 4-letter word that is on a lot of people’s minds these days: Heal. The past two years have brought up a lot of trauma for people. It’s also been the cause of it. And, let's be honest — living with trauma isn’t easy. It can impact so many different aspects of your daily life. I’ve noticed a big shift in the world toward the healing arts. People are craving information on how they can actively take back the reins of their life and do the inner work to heal their mind, spirit, and energy. There’s more interest than ever (at least during my lifetime) in things like chakras, reiki, EFT, sound healing, Kundalini yoga, crystal healing, and tarot readings. People are also diving into doing mindset work to release themselves from the limiting beliefs that have been holding them back — not just over the past couple of years, but often the majority of their lives. Although I wish it didn’t take a global pandemic for people to prioritize their mental and spiritual health, I have to admit that I’m grateful to experience this type of worldwide awakening. I’m also doing my part to help guide people as they pursue full healing in their lives. That’s why I created The Collective, a supportive community for individuals who are committed to stepping into their power and living as their highest, fully-healed selves by: * Experiencing deep, lasting healing * Getting aligned with their desires * Expanding their capacity to receive (and feel worthy of) the things they want… So they can have lives filled with joy, purpose, and abundance. If this sounds like you, we’d love for you to join us! Click here to learn more about The Collective. 💛
