Today I celebrate my client Genesis who just completed my 6 week coaching program RESET. When we started working together, Genesis was feeling overwhelmed by life. She had just ended a relationship, she was living back home with her mom and she was in the process of applying for a new job. She knew she needed to heal old traumas to start to feel confident in herself again, to feel deserving of her dream job and have healthier relationships with her loved ones.
Each session she developed new awareness of why she was feeling a certain way. Her perspective changed and that helped her feel empowered and in control of her life. She communicated boundaries with her loved ones. She cut energetic cords to past relationships. And all of a sudden new opportunities started coming her way: jobs, relationships, more money. She went from feeling drained and scared, to feeling strong, confident in her voice, and excited and hopeful for her future.
