TRE stands for Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises.
I was introduced to this technique by my therapist over 10 years ago and I still use it today to process trauma and emotions.
Through a series of exercises, you activate the body’s natural shaking and vibration response. This helps your body to release the tension and stress that your muscles are holding.
It’s used to treat a wide range of conditions, including:
Anxiety,
PTSD,
Chronic pain,
Insomnia
And process emotions
