Over the past few years, especially during Covid, there’s been a huge influx of people calling themselves “coaches” without the proper training or experience.

I’m not an influencer who suddenly decided to become a coach. I’ve spent nearly 10 years as a healer and coach, holding space for deep transformation and lifelong healing.
