🎙️ New episode of Breathe More🎙️

Did you know that what you eat has a direct impact on your mental health? It’s fascinating how our gut health influences our mental well-being. In episode 15 of the Breathe More podcast, I had the pleasure of talking to Nicole Reilly, a health expert and advocate for transforming well-being through dietary and lifestyle changes. Nicole sheds light on how sugar significantly contributes to feelings of anxiety. To gain a deeper understanding, listen to this episode on your favorite platform. 🎙️

And TODAY, Wednesday, November 8, Nicole will be hosting a workshop, The Anxious Plate: How Food and Sugar Can Cause Anxiety for The Collective (my membership). This workshop will equip you with the tools to achieve a balanced diet and adopt simple lifestyle changes that not only support your mental well-being but also let you enjoy your favorite foods guilt-free. It’s about finding the perfect balance and making informed choices that nourish both your body and mind. Join us in The Collective to watch the replay.🧁🍭🍩

Take some time today to check in with your family and friends. People are really hurting right now. I’m seeing a rise in anxiety in my community. Several have shared they’re depressed and feeling discouraged.

A simple text letting someone know you’re thinking of them can make all the difference.

Remember to be kind, patient, and compassionate. When we extend these qualities to others, we create a supportive and nurturing environment for those who need it most.

You take 20,000 breaths each day!

Growing up, I was taught to act like I had it all together. To smile, even though I was feeling scared or sad. To do everything alone because I didn't want to burden others. I felt like if I "fell apart," that would be dangerous.

Those coping mechanisms took a toll on me. It created a constant state of anxiety, affecting my health and my spirit.

Today, I give permission to myself to be messy, feel my full range of emotions, and anchor safety into that. That has resulted in me being able to regulate my feelings, cultivate healthy relationships, and be in my power regardless of my current emotional state.

I invite you to create that same space for yourself. It's time to break free from societal expectations and embrace your authentic self. And if you need support, join us in The Collective (my membership) to be in a loving and safe community where you can show up exactly as you are today. Together, we can embark on a transformative journey towards self-discovery and growth. Learn more by visiting the link in my bio under 'Work with me.'

Let's embark on this journey of self-acceptance and empowerment hand in hand!
